This 5-step checklist is to assist responsible persons, if they feel competent and capable of doing so, in conducting a fire risk assessment in the simplest of premises types.

Before using this template, if you have not already done so, it is recommended that you read the small premises guide associated with the type of premises in which you intend to complete a fire risk assessment.
